So glad we found this hotel. No frills but it is in a PERFECT location and super reasonably priced compared to neighboring properties. Additional information I think customers would want to know or that I wish I had known prior to booking: This is a 3 story hotel with no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, request a first floor room. The location is in the heart of Grace Bay and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, beach access points and activities. You theoretically could survive without a car... Noone told us the hotel has a small area of the beach with designated chairs and umbrellas just for their residents. We stumbled across it mid trip and it was great! Take the beach towels the hotel provides because they help identify you as a guest of the hotel. The breakfast set up is unique. You get "vouchers" to 2 or 3 different restaurants, again, within walking distance, and those vouchers get you a certain amount of money towards a meal, per person. The restaurant prices are generally a smidge higher than the voucher value so we paid a couple of dollars per person each meal to cover the difference. Still way cheaper than paying full price but not free. The hotel is physically behind a pub/restaurant called Danny Buoys- there's a sign but it could be missed. Park behind the restaurant. Our room had a fridge and coffee maker. There's a microwave in a breezeway on the first floor.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel during our first trip to TCI. Ebben at the front desk is very sweet and helpful but the rest of the staff was not very friendly. The lobby closes at 8 so you can't get ice after this time since the only ice maker is in the lobby.Location is great! You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach very easily. We didn't have issues with the noise from the local bar when we were in our room. We thought the room would be renovated, and maybe it was, but it looked poorly and quickly done. The bathroom still needed work and had obvious signs of needing repair. Nothing that would ruin our trip though. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were great!Unfortunately the cleaning staff leaves the door to your room open while servicing it during the day, letting mosquitoes in. We didn't notice all the mosquitoes hiding in our room until I woke up the next morning covered in bites (I'm a mosquito magnet). We were able to find and kill around 15 mosquitoes. I had additional bites every night from the mosquitoes we didn't find and kill.I love that we received vouchers for breakfasts at 3 local restaurants. We tried all 3 and the food and service were great! Unfortunately the voucher never covered the total cost of breakfast, no matter how little we ordered (one place we ordered 2 sandwiches, which were some of the cheapest on the menu, and no drinks and we still owed money) so be prepared to spend a little money on breakfast.Overall, this is a budget friendly option but next time we'll stay elsewhere.

It’s nice. Prime location for less. Ebben the front desk lady is super nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk. If you are not rich, this is the best hotel to stay in Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. All of the restaurants are two minutes away and they are all absolutely delicious. Feel free to take a walk to the Ritz Carlton only five minutes away. The best trip of my life.

This little hotel is perfect! We got breakfast choices from 3 places within walking distance. The beach is across the street with plenty of chairs and umbrellas on a beautiful beach. We had the 2 queens and it was so cozy, yet cool inside and the balcony was a bonus.you will be a 10min drive from the other beaches as well.

I am a hard person to please, but where do I start this place made my first time experience in the Turks and Caicos amazing. The rooms are very clean, it was very quiet, the staff were wonderful. The hotel is walking distance from food, drinks and Grace Bay Beach. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Voucher for breakfast and you can’t go wrong with either breakfast spots. I WILL definitely be back to stay the next time I come to visit the Turks. People I finally stayed at a hotel where I was not awaken at 6 am hearing my neighbors moving around. You made a life time customer out of me.
