We stayed 3 nights at this hotel during our first trip to TCI. Ebben at the front desk is very sweet and helpful but the rest of the staff was not very friendly. The lobby closes at 8 so you can't get ice after this time since the only ice maker is in the lobby.Location is great! You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach very easily. We didn't have issues with the noise from the local bar when we were in our room. We thought the room would be renovated, and maybe it was, but it looked poorly and quickly done. The bathroom still needed work and had obvious signs of needing repair. Nothing that would ruin our trip though. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were great!Unfortunately the cleaning staff leaves the door to your room open while servicing it during the day, letting mosquitoes in. We didn't notice all the mosquitoes hiding in our room until I woke up the next morning covered in bites (I'm a mosquito magnet). We were able to find and kill around 15 mosquitoes. I had additional bites every night from the mosquitoes we didn't find and kill.I love that we received vouchers for breakfasts at 3 local restaurants. We tried all 3 and the food and service were great! Unfortunately the voucher never covered the total cost of breakfast, no matter how little we ordered (one place we ordered 2 sandwiches, which were some of the cheapest on the menu, and no drinks and we still owed money) so be prepared to spend a little money on breakfast.Overall, this is a budget friendly option but next time we'll stay elsewhere.

It’s nice. Prime location for less. Ebben the front desk lady is super nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk. If you are not rich, this is the best hotel to stay in Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. All of the restaurants are two minutes away and they are all absolutely delicious. Feel free to take a walk to the Ritz Carlton only five minutes away. The best trip of my life.

My wife and I stayed here in late April 2024. I’ll preface this review by stating we are in our mid 50’s and have done a fair amount of traveling as a couple. We only stayed 4 out of the planned 5 nights we paid for. We cut our trip short due to the loud music and partying from the adjacent restaurants that went on till the early morning hours. The room was nice. AC worked good and amenities were just right. The lady at the front desk was lovely and kind and helpful. Breakfast at Cafe Shay was really good and we were out of pocket only about $10 each day after the voucher. The Grace Bay beach area dedicated for guests was a nightmare. Trash cans right next to the path on the beach overflowing and trash all over the place. Used condoms littering the pathway. It was so disappointing to see this beautiful area disrespected by guests of GBS. Beach area was virtually unusable due to high winds but that is just this time of year I understand. Our room was 3rd floor Queen Suite with the kitchenette. This is also the end of the building closest to the 2 noisy restaurants, maybe this is why we got an extra dose of reggae bass and some idiot yelling into the mic till 3am on a Sunday night. There was also a “street takeover” on Saturday night about 2am close by. Squealing tires and loud pipes and people yelling for about an hour.Basically if you need a cheap place to stay in Provo and you are the kind to close down the local bars every night, this is your place. If you are the type to want a good nights sleep after a day of beach fun…ya might wanna look elsewhere. The $800/night places are far away from town and behind 12 foot walls for a reason, they are worth it.We read all the reviews and knew exactly what we were getting into. I felt reassured by the owners responses to less than stellar reviews that most people complaining were over exaggerating. We were wrong. I paid for 5 night but will only stay 4. Not asking for a refund or anything but I am writing this review to warn fellow travelers. We will not come back. Also, we didn’t really like TCI very much. The locals seem very put-out and unfriendly. There are shady dudes all over who stare you down. Food is super expensive and mediocre at best. The ocean and beaches are quite beautiful but if the wind is blowing 30mph you will have a hard time finding any beach to hang out comfortably. If you are used to driving on the right side of the road, this place is nerve-wracking to drive in.

This little hotel is perfect! We got breakfast choices from 3 places within walking distance. The beach is across the street with plenty of chairs and umbrellas on a beautiful beach. We had the 2 queens and it was so cozy, yet cool inside and the balcony was a bonus.you will be a 10min drive from the other beaches as well.

Before booking our stay we looked at many reviews. I will admit I was definitely intrigued when reading the positive reviews and was skeptical about the negative reviews. Unfortunately, my stay was everything every negative review experienced and more. It’s located behind a noisy restaurant and outlet mall. Breakfast isn’t free as advertised, get ready to pay. Front desk is annoyed they are working. So we moved on to room 105. Upon entering the room we were greeted by filth. I know the owner Chris states his claim to cleanliness, I completely disagree. Our room was disgusting. Two of the three bathroom lights didn’t work, shower tiles falling apart. Not to mention Police called to the location twice in two nights. On the second night someone banging on our door at 9:50 pm. Later excused as “housekeeping”. We left and booked another hotel. Owner faults me for not telling him of our issues. Last I checked they are your issues sir, not mine. Now Won’t refund my money. No apology, no accountability. I would not recommend my worst enemy to book at The All New Grace Bay Suites. The best part is the owner Chris is going to blame me, the guest for my terrible stay in his response. Hello, I’m in a foreign country, I’m not looking to cause issues. We moved on but I’m warning others. STAY AWAY!!! This owner is feeding off his low price with false advertising. If you appreciate low quality accommodations and police presence at your hotel with a filthy dumpster next to the pool. Book it.
