Super easy booking, clean office and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Andrico took our PCR swabs and was so nice. The lab owner got personally involved to ensure that we would have our test results in time for our flight. Four very happy clients!

The front desk representative is always willing to assist when needed and I find the process is simple and easy as it relates to logging in personal information and the turnaround time is great for both test. And finally I must say your team is always gentle when administering covid testings. Thanks for your excellent service.

Great experience at ACCU. I have had quite a few PCR tests at various places, and this one was the most comfortable one yet. Great, helpful staff, and very efficient process. Have also done the antigen here and would highly recommend.

Accepts walk-ins, good customer service, and results were available within an hour. Rapid Antigen used for return to the US. Highly recommended!

Pretty terrible experience from start to finish. The receptionist paid me no attention upon entry, on her phone as I stood at the desk for a minute. The doctor pricked me through the back of my vein, even though I have huge blood vessels, causing bruising for a couple weeks. They said they would give me a call when my medical got back from the ministry of health. One month later, not even a call to let me know they had not received it. Another month, no call, no medical. Finally after there months, they asked for my work permit, something maybe they could have done when I went for my physical. Finally today, I was able to pick it up, but it was dated for last week, no call to inform me that it was ready. No apology for the delay. There are plenty of other clinics that offer COVID tests and work permit medical on island who charge the same price, provide quicker results, and do it with professionalism.
