Our family had one of our best vacations here. Our teenager really enjoyed Club Liquid, the evening activities, and the basketball courts. Snorkeling was doable right off the coast/beach, where my husband was able to interact with the sea turtles. Our youngest loved the beach, white sand, and warm waters. The pools were great for the kids, and the little playground was a hit. Of course, the water park was a fan favorite, and we spent most of our time there. We treated our kiddos to the Sesame Breakfast, and had a chance to catch the parade one evening. I give this resort 5 stars, because overall the experience, food, and amenities were fantastic. While most of the staff were friendly, we did have a few incidences where we felt a little underwhelmed by the service. The most peaceful and relaxing space(s) were the beaches towards the Jerk Shack. Quiet and beautiful. We will definitely be back in the future!

Definitely pay the extra amount to avoid hurricane season. Weather caused the cancellation of many of our activities and it was super hot and humid. As far as the resort goes, as long as you purchase one of the nicer rooms (Italian or Key West is probably best location), it's a pleasant experience. If you just get a basic room in the French Village, it's really not anything special at all. The workers there always seem irritated and never smile. I had to go to four different places to find a wine opener and just didn't feel like anyone went out of their way for us. The food is pretty good, but a lot of the same things at every restaurant. The water park was closed so that was super disappointing. As long as you only drink hard alcohol, you'll be fine. They only offer two types of red wine and they were always super warm...yuck. The water and sand are absolutely stunning!!...but you can probably pay a lot less and still enjoy that part. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

My husband and I were there for a yoga retreat in a group of 34. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was lovely, and it was nice to have daily maid service. The food was very good and it was easy to get into the restaurants. My husband went SCUBA diving every day and had an amazing experience. We loved this all-inclusive resort and plan to return in the near future with our family.

The resort was great! I just came home yesterday and i can say honestly it was a great trip. However, there is just small things that they need to work on. The food itself was alright, and i enjoyed it. There is so many restaurants to choose from, but keep in mind some of them are not as great. The room however was amazing! I stayed in the Caribbean village. The room was spacious and large and was big enough for my family of 4. The employees were 50/50. Some of them wanted to work there and had a ambition for the customers. Others didn’t care and just wanted to get paid. The beach was stunning. Clear water, Pretty fish, Relaxing chairs and a hood overall vibe. The pool needs to be cleaned, and is abnormally warm. Overall, i would recommend this resort to family’s, but is really expensive

Extremely overrated. Awful service, the staff should be happy that tourists are back, but these people they make you feel unwelcome and that they are doing you favors all the time. Food is terrible everywhere. Internet does not work, even the expensive premium internet has 1MB of speed. Air conditioner is hard set at 72F and won’t go lower, even if you complain and put the thermostat at VIP mode. Taxi service from the airport is very rudimentary. Drinks are okay, property is actually quite nice and the room decor and beds are very nice. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Don’t come here thinking you will eat good food, even at the “fancier” restaurants. The water park is quite nice and the kids will never run out of things to do here. Would never stay here again and might consider not staying at Beaches properties in the future. Sandals properties for adults seems a lot better.
