Beaches resort on Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place to vacation. The grounds are well maintained and easy to navigate. All the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, particularly the Italian village which is where my family stayed. The food is very good, however, despite there being 20 restaurants at the resort, there isn't as much menu variety between them as one may expect. The best part of this resort are the pools and the beach. There was always room to get chairs and swim at every pool whenever we went. The beach and the ocean water is gorgeous, warm, and calm. One note about traveling here - when my family traveled here the airport workers went on strike the day we were coming in. This closed the airport and caused flight delays and even cancellations. Google it and you'll find this has happened often over the past 10 years or so.

We stayed in the Italian Village - Concierge Pool Walkout. The room was beat up and definitely didn’t match the price we paid. The food was terrible and not many options if you have food allergies. The kids have dairy allergies and they were told they couldn’t have many items. Regardless of contacting the resort two weeks in advanced they couldn’t accommodate the kids in any way. While many kids had ice cream and other dessert, our kids were only given one option (black forest cherry cake). That’s not really a cake for toddlers/children. The Chef at the culinary concierge promised the kids that he would get them ice cream but he never made good on his promise. I’m gluten free and there were not many options. Every restaurant took over an hour to bring out food so you had to make dinner reservations early knowing that it would take a long time. The children's water park was run down and not a big deal. Bathrooms were filthy around premises. We paid $15,000 not including airfare for French toast for breakfast, chicken nuggets for lunch, a mediocre rib eye for dinner. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, we won’t be coming back.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. The people are nice, the accommodations are nice, the food choices are plenty and delicious, plenty of activities for the entire family, it’s super clean, and the water! Did I mention how perfect the water is? Calm, and crystal clear. Best beach we’ve ever been too and I doubt there’s any that can top this. Don’t hesitate; just do it!!

We loved everything about our Beaches trip to Turks. We would recommend this for any family (or even a couple) who want an easy, no pressure, lots to do, resort in a gorgeous setting. The grounds and beaches are stunning We loved the all inclusive element of this resort, too. The food was fantastic with lots of variety, the evening and daytime activities were a blast, and we loved the fact that we got to sail and do a variety of water sports every day. We will definitely return.
