The Blue Haven Resort is an all-inclusive resort in a gated community with its own private beach. The resort has spacious, modern, and well-kept studios and suites, and the beach and grounds are beautiful, with plenty of palm trees, grass, and bright tropical flowers to enjoy. Even when the hotel is full, it is easy to find a peaceful spot to escape, unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings because Blue Haven Resort occupies a long stretch of waterfront on the north eastern end of Providenciales. Free shuttle service provides all-inclusive access and dine-around privileges to our Turks and Caicos Collection sister resorts, Alexandra Resort and the adults-only Beach House.

This place is amazing. Great food fantastic spread. Rooms are clean large and comfortable. Staff is courteous and friendly. Location is amazing in a marina/cove very calm clear water. Plenty of activities on the resort plus shuttle will take to nearby beach. They pack you a lunch and cooler for your beach time. Lots of things to do on the beach. Snorkeling parasailing boat excursions and more.

Our stay at Blue Haven Resort was awesome. The food menu was good and varied. What I loved the most was the friendly and hardworking staff. The only con was the bar drinks; definitely they water down the alcohol. So be ready to go out around the island if you want to have more tasty drinks!

Overall the resort is very nice, the rooms and services are excellent. The beaches and the ocean are absolutely beautiful. But what I would recommend is that they develop the surrounding areas outside and around the resort put in some trails, a park, or a shopping center that's close to the resort so the area outside of the resort doesn't look like a dump and the guests can feel safe just walking around outside of the resort area.

The first time we arrived we was rushed through the check in process. Then once we finally got settled to go to the bar we were treated like second class citizens. Nobody wanted to take our order or serve us. I felt highly disrespected and a unwelcoming feeling. I went to speak to the manager and explained everything and the problem was resolved immediately. I don’t know what that was all about, this was my first time at this resort. The staff made the whole resort look bad. We were treated better at the sister resort Alexandra. Overall it’s a nice resort but the staff are not welcoming to certain race of people. Hopefully this will change for the better. Everyone thought it was a joke at first then the respect level changed.

Blue Haven Resort is a place to relax and sleep. I stayed in one bedroom ocean front. I got really sick with their whole fish. The beach furniture needs to be updated. Needs more variety of foods. Needs more entertainment. The breakfast, The beach, the reservation, and front desk were great. Blue Haven also has the Alexandra Resort which guests can share amenities and restaurants. The shuttle is available. The resort is far away from all the actions. You need to take a taxi to go outside of the resort. I would definitely go back if I need to relax all day.
