Clear Bottom Adventures

We didn't book a private tour, but it ended up being private as we were the only ones in that time slot for that day. We booked to the 2 hour mangrove + iguana tour. Our guide Ted was excellent! He definitely catered to our needs, was informative and answered any questions we may have had. Everything was at our pace. If you want to see turtles, you will definitely see turtles! There's sooo many turtles and the water is so clear you can take great pictures from the kayak. If you want to take pictures of them when they come up for air, you have to be prepared and quick as they're only up for a couple of seconds. There will be a lot of opportunities though. I also took some videos of them in the water, but that's a bit harder from the kayak as your not allowed in the water. Ted also had great knowledge about the conch and you get to see one up close. Overall I recommend this tour and Ted is a great guide.

We had an amazing time led by the awesome and incomparable Marcus. Beautiful scenery, so many turtles, a sting ray, jelly fish and conch. Marcus is very knowledgeable and hilarious!

Ted was very knowledgeable during our tour. We got to see conch, baby shark, turtles, iguanas, and lots of various fish. We took the Iguana island and clear bottom tour. He even let us take turns paddle boarding which helped us spot the animals in the water even better. Would highly recommend!

We did the clear bottom kayak tour of mangrove cay and it was incredible! Our tour guide Corvell was fantastic. Attentive to everyone in our group to make sure they were doing ok, provided bottled water, and absolutely knew the area incredibly well. Shared the history of the area in addition to pointing out all of the sea life. Great respect for the environment which was fantastic - and a really funny guy!

We had an amazing time! We saw a ton of turtles, fish, conch, and lemon sharks. Our guide, Edwin, found us a sea urchin and got the conch to come out of the shell so we could see it. So cool!! We also held a jellyfish! Edwin was fabulous and very knowledgeable! He was on a paddleboard and he let us trade off with him on the board through the mangrove to get an even better view. I would definitely recommend this excursion!
