Wonderful hotel in a great location
I stayed in a Junior Suite at the Grace Bay Club hotel for 9 nights, and I had a wonderful time. Our room came with a mini kitchen that was equipped with a coffee maker, sink, silverware, and plates and glasses of all sizes. Our bathroom also had a washer/dryer unit which was very helpful since it was pretty humid and we had to use the dryer a lot. The room was pretty spacious, with a large area with a TV and couches that could seat up to 5 people. We also had a little balcony that looked out on the pool area. The location of the hotel was wonderful because it was walking distance to many stores and restaurants, but was also right on the water. The beach was great with white sand and easy swimming. There were plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs to use, and we never had a problem finding one (we were there in late May, so not sure if it gets busier during other times of the year). There were always towels available by the beach/pools. The pool was also great, with a lazy river and plenty of seating areas. The hot tub was nice, and limited to 4 guests at a time due to COVID19. We also went to the restaurant, Hemmingways, which had wonderful sunset views. There was also plenty of parking available, and bikes for use. Overall, the hotel was a bit expensive, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would probably stay here again.
