This is my sixth year staying at The Shore Club and yet again it did not disappoint! The property is luxurious. The beach is stunning and the pools are glorious. We have always had excellent service. We have also always felt safe during our girls trip. A special shout out to Kely at the front desk who was always available for questions and setting up transportation. We also greatly appreciated that he provided us with a beautiful cheese/fruit platter as well as champagne to thank us for our repeated stays. This place is amazing and you won't regret staying here.

Price/performance is unfortunately missing here. Most of the staff gives the impression that they don't want to work at all. It's best not to ask them any questions. Answers are usually short and not friendly. They are just "there". For a 5 star hotel you expect much better service. The rooms are nice. Storage space for clothes however is not enough so suitcases were always in the way. The selection at breakfast is rather small. The buffet is okay, but if you want a cappuccino, for example, you have to pay. There is only watery coffee for free. The beach is nice and not overcrowded. Unfortunately you can only leave the hotel with a cab, because it is a bit remote All in all, we hoped for something different.

My party stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with studio and an ocean view. I’ll start with the good. -the staff at the pool/beach, restaurants, bars, and housekeeping were fantastic -the little “extras” that showed up in our room were wonderful -the beach was amazing and never crowded -the pools were great -the water bottles around the property were a fantastic touch -the property was well maintained and beautiful Now for the disappointing -prior to arrival in Turks we prearranged an excursion through the Shore Club. The front desk staff told our party our excursion was at 12pm, and to show up for our ride at 11:45. We showed up at 11:40 and were told we had been scheduled for the 9am and were considered no shows. Ultimately the excursion company was able to fit us into the noon tour. -Also prior to arrival on the island we arranged for a private transfer to/from PLS. After confirming twice with the front desk that we had a 2:45 private transfer for our return flight, the car service never showed up. The manager didn’t get involved until we had been waiting for 25 minutes. As he came to talk to us, a taxi arrived (not the scheduled one). We took it and arrived at the airport 50 minutes late. -the hospitality suite that you can use if your room isn’t available is two bathrooms (one with AC, one without), and an outdoor living space. The bathrooms had partially used toiletries on the counter for use but were otherwise clean -the food was stupidly expensive for what it was, and because of the resorts location, you are a bit of a captive audience -the location is away from it all. We knew that before we booked, but still a negative. It’s too bad that the last hour and a half of our stay at the Shore Club left a terrible taste in our mouth.

The resort was beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in February and it was never overcrowded. Beach/pool attendants were incredibly attentive and overall the resort service was excellent. For the most part, our food was very good, though there were a few meals that were just okay, especially for the price. We visited the sister resort, The Palms, over at Grace Bay for one afternoon and preferred the beach at the Shore Club to Grace Bay Beach. Though both are beautiful, Long Bay Beach at the Shore Club is so peaceful, it felt more private, and the waters were so clear and calm. I'd definitely recommend The Shore Club to others who are thinking of visiting Turks!

Hands down the best vacation we’ve taken and all thanks to The Shore Club. Every corner of the property is absolutely beautiful and proves how much attention has gone into it. The staff is wonderful, pleasant, and so attentive - stopping by at night to offer chocolates and ensure you have water. The rooms are spacious and stunning with architecture like no other. Because the property is on the other side of the island, we felt like we had ultimate privacy and the resort is so large and peaceful, we had pools to ourself on multiple nights. The restaurants on property are wonderful, even the breakfast which is included being excellent. We generally don’t repeat destinations because there’s so much to see in the world but we’re already making plans to come back to The Shore Club again and this time with family. It’s that wonderful! Thank you for an amazing time.
