Where do I begin with this hotel? This is a fantastic hotel if you are looking for everything Grace Bay has to offer but you don’t want all the crowds. It’s only a few minutes away from Grace Bay but it’s on Long Bay Beach. That means you feel like you have the beach dedicated to your hotel. You can see the sun rise near the shipwreck that’s visible directly from the beach. You can also see Noah’s Ark from the beach and it’s a quick 10 min jet ski away from the hotel beach. The water is shallow as far as you can see so we enjoyed paddle boarding and just lounging on the water on a float. The staff brilliantly executed the art of being hyper attentive and unassuming at the same time. As a result - it felt like your every need was met without ever feeling watched. Everyone was pleasant and you can tell they care about detail in this hotel. We enjoyed every thing we ate and drank in the different restaurants. All in all - this hotel made my girls trip amazing.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Restaurants are excellent. All staff members are willing and able to give you service with a smile. Beach is clean and safe. Kite surfing, jet skis, and other toys are available. 3 pools, gym tennis courts. Visiting T&C, the shore club is a must.

The best property in Turks and Caicos by far. We have turned over 5 times, and have been impressed by the service and grounds each time. The Shore Club is a small boutique hotel and is very quiet and private. It is located on a private beach (not on Grace Bay), which further helps create this feeling. The water is beautiful, and you can walk miles out. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully kept. Attention to detail was paid to all aspects of the property. The restaurants are impressive and have great food and service. The junior suites are very luxurious and large, with great bathrooms. The waterfront suites are also immaculate and finished with high-end fixtures (Sub-Zero/Wolf Kitchens, etc). We typically stay at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, but the experience at The Shore Club is far superior to the Ritz (which is much larger and offers less personalized service). Looking forward to our next trip back here.

Writing this review while we’re still here. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review while still at a hotel. The poor rating is due to the terrible (or I should say complete lack of) service irrespective of where you are (pool bars, beach, hotel restaurants). Pros: the hotel is secluded and calm, perfect for relaxation. Property is nice, well maintained. Rooms are clean. The gentlemen providing towel service by the main pool is great and very friendly. The ocean water is the perfect turquoise blue. Cons: the service here is appalling. You will easily wait 1 hour to get your lunch at the main pool bar. You need to chase down wait staff for a menu and to place your order, meanwhile a group of them is always hanging about the bar area talking to each other. Breakfast and dinner staff aren’t any better. I expect far more from a place like the Shore Club and when service charge of 15% is automatically applied irrespective of how the service was. I guess that’s why the service is so poor, staff (or perhaps hotel keeps the service charge) get a tip whether or not they try at all.

Turks and caicos what an amazing place. Shore club is gem of a place for families with kids and without. Great dining options on property and out side. Staff was great. Service impeccable. Our kids had a great time in Ocean and outside. Lots of activities to choose from. Would definitely make a trip again.
