Staff are incredible throughout the resort. Special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who, behind the scenes, notice the smallest details and make the rooms delightful to return to. Free breakfast is on point and buttons on beach chairs for drink service are all you need for a stellar vacation.

Everything was fantastic, the food, and the cleanliness, hell even the guest were top notch. No area felt crowded, service is only getting 4 stars because the beach servers were not as attentive as you would expect at 5 star resort.

Buyer beware! The staff here is horrible it’s kind of disgusting to call themselves a 4/5 star resort. Basically robbery will get no response and there is never a manager available unless you want to make a new reservation. If your used to 4/5 star stays do not book here it’s nowhere near that. Book at your own risk

Wymara Francesca Ruth Carlande If you’re second-guessing on booking this place, don’t! I’m telling you now, you clearly get your money’s worth here. The place is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, the views are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, the service is amazing, there’s just so many amazing things I don’t even know where to start. So far I’ve enjoyed all of the food. When I got here my room was not ready so I went to Zest and I had the red snapper. 10 out of 10 recommend! My waitress was Carlande, and I saw her practically every day that I went to eat. She was amazing and so sweet! Always checked in and asked how I was doing, just made me really comfortable. I came on this trip alone so everyone that I interacted with was amazing. All of their staff made me feel welcome; however, my top three would definitely be Carlande, Francesca, and Ruth. Francesca took these amazing pictures of me and got different angles and multiple pictures! People don’t always do that and when I tell you she took some FIRE pictures, I cannot wait to post them. Ruth, I would literally say hi to Ruth every time I saw her because she just had this loving spirit to her. She was so helpful and always kind. Any time I would talk to these ladies it was a great conversation and they were very sweet. Each of them made my experience here so comfortable. This was my first solo trip out of the country and first time to the island. I really appreciate each of these ladies and how comfortable they made me feel, I appreciate all of the staff and the entire resort like I absolutely will come here again. Oh, also the breakfast in the morning, there’s definitely good food for you eat. My favorite thing was the omelette station and the orange juice. The barbecue that they have on the beach on Saturday night, the brisket is so good! I also had steak at indigo and that was great as well. You can’t go wrong here. I’m not much of a drinker but they definitely seem to look out on the liquor when they make drinks so if you’re a big fan of alcohol you’ll definitely enjoy your drinks here.

My wife and I stayed in the new 1 bedroom villas for our honeymoon. The views are AMAZING, the resort is an on-demand shuttle ride away and the beach is perfect. The drinks were strong and tasty and the food we tried at Zest was delicious. Some advice: They do offer frozen drinks like Pina coladas and Daquiris even though they are not listed on the menu. So if you are in the mood for a frozen drink, just ask! The downside is food safety concerns. My wife has a gluten allergy and unfortunately there was some cross contamination when we had dinner at Indigo. Breakfast at Indigo wasn't a problem but I did notice there was green stuff in my omelet when I only ordered bacon and cheese; thankfully I am not allergic but it speaks to general food safety. I will say the staff and resort did all they could to make it right after the incident; even going as far as going to the local pharmacy and bringing medicine to the room. If you have a severe allergy, be very careful. Another downside was the communication wasn't always 100%. There was a bit of a blip when we first arrived when it came to dinner reservations. We booked Indigo for 630 ahead of time but it was switched to Zest without our prior knowledge or explanation as to why. We later found it was because Zest was not open. Ideally the hotel agent doing the booking should have known this or at the very least made us aware when they became aware. We ended up going to a restaurant off property because the Beach BBQ they booked us for was $95/per person AND didn't start until 730pm. This place has a lot of potential hence the 4 stars; not quite a 5 yet but can easily get there. For the price, you expect more attentive service but everything else was great!
